On July 2, 2009, the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors ("NAWCC") announced its deal with Ian Fleming family members to display the James Bond creator's surviving Rolex Explorer wristwatch here in the United States, starting June of 2009 at the National Watch & Clock Museum in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

Internet reaction has been nothing short of incredible.

Following is a list of Blogs, Forums, and Websites for groups that have enthusiastically unified behind the upcoming "Watches, James Bond Watches" display.

Dell Deaton, and this James Bond Watches website and Blog, were instrumental in making the arrangements necessary to bring the Ian Fleming / original, literary James Bond Rolex 1016 Explorer to the United States for 007 fans and the public to see here for the first time.

The National Watch and Clock Museum is operated by the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) association with close to 21,000 members, representing 52 countries.  [link]
